She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. Robert "Bob" A. Smith. She is survived by: her daughter Margaret Goodhue Davis (Trey); her granddaughters, Mary Babb Davis of Laurens and Emma Rae Davis of Laurens; her stepdaughters, Kathryn Smith and Sara Shoshannah Bonn (Rich) of Houston, TX.; her siblings, Mary Fortune (Mike) of Laurens, Malcolm Cook (Teresa) of Santa Clarita, CA and Paul Cook (Pat) of Easley; and her friend Ann Patterson Clites of Silverton, OR.. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the First Presbyterian Church of Laurens (400 W Main St, Laurens, SC 29360). A memorial service was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
