She was predeceased by: her spouse Harley Calvin "Cub" Culbertson; her parents, Benjamin Willis Hellams and Vaughan Gritton Hellams; and her sisters, Frankie B. Lee and Mary Hellams Moore.
She is survived by: her sons, James Calvin Culbertson (Vicky), Benjamin Hellams Culbertson (Renee) and Thomas Earvin Culbertson (Carolyn). She is also survived by nine grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
