He was predeceased by: his grandparents, George and Marilyn Finley; and his great-grandparent Helen Jones. He is survived by: his parents, Joseph Hansen "Joe" Finley, Sr. and Amy Michele Hart Finley; his brothers, Jeff Long and Joseph Finley, Jr.; his grandmother Lynn Williams; and his aunt Gena Bruce.
