We are sad to announce that on July 4, 2024, at the age of 79, Julia Johnson Sims Daniel (Laurens, South Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Blygh Johnson and Mary Elledge Johnson; her son Curtis Randolph Sims, Jr.; her sisters, Norma Jean Johnson Grooms and Sarah Johnson Baumberger; and her brother-in-law Curtis Randolph "Randy" Sims, Sr..
She is survived by: her husband Wayne Hamlet Daniel; her daughter Stacy Bly Sims Kight (Richard); her sisters, Loretta Johnson Blakely and Mary Johnson Bryant; her stepdaughter Selena Meredith Daniel; and her pet Peanut. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in her memory to Laurens County Safe Home, Care of the Piedmont Hospice, the Laurens County Humane Society, or to any charity of your choice.
