He was predeceased by: his wife Peggy Maxine Pennington Templeton; his parents, Harry Templeton and Eva Barnette Templeton; and his sister Diana Fortney. He is survived by: his children, Tami Putman (David) of Cumming and Luann Croy of Laurens; his sister Darlene Horger (Tommy) of Laurens; his grandchildren, Amee Wheeler (Tracy), Dave Putman (Kristina) and Amanda Ethridge (Miles); his great grandchildren, Caiden, Max, Brynn and Caleb; and his pet Ginger.
