He was predeceased by: his parents, E. K. Hudson and Nellie Burley Hudson; his daughter Jane Hudson Jacks; his grandson Kyle Jacks; and his siblings, Viola Ivey, Elizabeth "Lib" Riddle, Thelma Hardy, Mary Ann Neal, E. K. Hudson, Jr., Tracy Hudson and Tom Hudson.
He is survived by: his daughter Lynda Hudson Workman (Steve) of Clinton; his grandchildren, Brady Cox and Kayli Smith (Timbo); his great grandchildren, Taylor Jacks, Riley Jacks and Emmie Smith; his sisters-in-law, Lena Hudson and Mary Joyce Hudson; and his close friends, Lois Revis and Peter Moon.
