He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Quattlebaum and Bertha Bledsoe Quattlebaum; and his brothers, Ransom Quattlebaum, William Quattlebaum, John Quattlebaum and Thomas Quattlebaum.
He is survived by: his children, Angela Q. Berry (Chris) of Gilbert and James "Jamie" Quattlebaum (Shannon) of Simpsonville; his grandchildren, Madison Berry of Gilbert, Eva Berry of Gilbert, Gracie Quattlebaum of Simpsonville and James "Jaq" Quattlebaum of Simpsonville; and his siblings, Randolph Quattlebaum (Pat) of Saluda, Melvin Quattlebaum of Ninety Six and Frances Q. Cogburn of West Columbia.
