He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard James Hitchner, Sr. and Thelma Muhs Hitchner; and his sister Sheryl Ross. He is survived by: his children, Jamie Hitchner of Laurens, Jimmy Hitchner of Laurens, Chris Hitchner of Laurens and Joey Hitchner of Laurens; and his siblings, Tommy Hitchner (Patty) of Laurens, Donna Hitchner of Florida, Gail Hitchner of Florida and Patricia Dathe (Scott) of Florida. He is also survived by ten grandchildren.
