He was predeceased by: his wife Linda Boatright Kelley; his parents, Charlie B. Kelley and Jesse Mae Kelley; his siblings, William Kelley, Jody Kelley, Margaret Odum, Janice Snipes and JoAnne K. Conaway; and his great grandchild Christian Nicole Kelley.
He is survived by: his children, Howard Kelley, Erick Kelley and Gerry Thomas (Chris); and his siblings, Rev. Charlie Kelley and Frankie K. Pryor Hudson. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
The family has requested that those who are invited to attend the private graveside service, please wear a facial covering and observe social distancing guidelines.
