He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joe Palmer and Billie Tench Elmore; his children, Paige Bagwell (Ron) of Flowery Branch, GA and Jason Elmore of Laurens; his grandchildren, Palmer Holt, Rebekah Holt and Lucy Bagwell; his great grandchildren, Walker Holt, Paxton Holt and Preston Holt; his brother Stanly Joe Elmore; and his daughter-in-law Tracey Weiler Elmore.
