With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Janet Stevens of Laurens, South Carolina, born in Dumont, New Jersey, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 28, 2024 at the age of 81. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Ippolito and Elizabeth McGlashan Ippolito; and her brother-in-law Ken Williams. She is survived by: her daughters, Julie Bell (Dan) of Jacksonville Beach, FL and Susan Diaz (Juan Carlos) of Laurens; her grandchildren, Kristina Harris (Matt), Joey Bell, Jenny Bell, Kylie Zarate and Sami Zarate; and her sisters, Dorothy Brown (Craig) of Lake City, FL and Joy Williams of Hanover, PA..
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Blakely Funeral Home (1047 Chesnee Hwy, Gaffney, SC 29341). A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Blakely Funeral Home Chapel (1047 Chesnee Hwy, Gaffney, SC 29341).
