It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jane King (Laurens, South Carolina), born in Charleston, Illinois, who passed away on December 3, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde McMillion and Emma Roach McMillion; her sons, Terry and Gary Simmerman; her brothers, Leroy "Bud" McMillion and Harold "Curley" McMillion; her sisters-in-law, Alice McMillion and Mamie Lou McMillion; her sister Elizabeth "Liz" Dillow; and her brothers-in-law, Lester Dillow and Lloyd Perkins.
She is survived by: her husband Don King; her son Frankie; her stepson Brian King; and her siblings, Howard "Cork" McMillion, Don McMillion and Betty Perkins. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
