He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Clarence and Katherine Weathers Bolt; and his siblings, Beaufort C. Bolt, Jack A. Bolt, Julius D. Bolt, Patricia Ann B. Nelson and Jane Ellen Bolt.
He is survived by: his sisters, Velma B. Faulkner (Bobby) and Julia B. Pace; his nephew Tim Faulkner (Kecia); his nieces, Amy McGee, Katherine P. Sanders (Mark) and Amy Edwards Gifford; his great-nephew John W. Sanders (Madison); and his great-niece Beth Rojas (David).
