It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harold Lewis Starnes (Laurens, South Carolina), born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on September 7, 2020, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Paul Watson Starnes and Lonie Ansley Starnes; and his wife Pat. He was also cherished by two sons, four step-daughters, and eleven grandchildren.
