He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Marie Davis Heatley; his parents, Curtis Newton and Sharlee Norma Lockwood Heatley; and his brother Allan L. Heatley. He is survived by: his daughters, Julie Elizabeth Heatley of Spartanburg, SC and Leslie Marie Wright of Aberdeen, Scotland; and his brother Thomas J. Heatley (Carol) of Hamburg, NY..
