She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Samuel Goodman and Annie Mae Berryman; and her son Timothy Lynn Haggard. She is survived by: her children, Robert Dewayne Haggard (Judy) of Tiptonville, TN, William Leslie Haggard (Melissa) of Jonesboro, AK, Marty Lee Haggard (Tina) of Laurens, SC, Cathy Darlene Jones (Johnny) of West Chicago, IL and Robbie June Stewart (Mark) of Laurens; and her sister Lula Bell "Boots" Blaylock. She is also survived by nineteen grandchildren; twenty three great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
