She was predeceased by: her father James Julian "J. J."; and her brother James "Jimmy" Coats. She is survived by: her husband Danny M. Rhodes; her children, Mason Motes II (Beverly) of Laurens, Kate Treadway (Kenny) of Asheville, NC and Tara Edwards (T. C.) of Laurens; and her grandchildren, Mason Motes III, Johnson Motes, Julia Motes, Kenly Treadway, Charlie Treadway, Carson Brown, Kaia Brown, Katie Edwards and Haylee Edwards.
