For Dottie is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Robert and Audrey Smith Shipman; her son Tommy Coln; and her brother Robert Wayne Shipman. She is survived by: her daughter Pamela Doss of Laurens; her close friend Cortney Fleming of Laurens; her sisters, Brenda Garrett and Reggie Thompson; and her cousins, Jennie Brady and Mike Lida. She is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, cousins and aunts.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Greenhaven Memorial Gardens (12795 US-221, Woodruff, SC 29388). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at the same location.
