With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Donald Bruce Franks Sr. of Laurens, South Carolina, born in Greenville, South Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 18, 2024 at the age of 83. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jake Tilden and Jerdie Bryson Franks; and his son Bruce Franks. He is survived by: his children, Ann Landers and Shannon Fanning (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Cody Landers (Allison), Allie Hall and Zoe Hall; his great grandchild Charlie Landers; his brother-in-law Joe Harrison (Jeannie); his nephew Michael Harrison (Carrie); and his nieces, Nikki Harrison-Thomas (Giovanni) and Cassidy Dominick.
