She is survived by: her parents, Albert Lee Johnson, Jr. and Shirley Sanders; her husband Timothy Cook, Sr.; her stepsons, Timothy Cook, Jr. (Tyesha), Quinton Young (Angela) and Antonio Gray; her siblings, Tyrone Johnson, Sr., Allen Johnson, Brenda Talley, Alma Johnson, Willie Mena Hernandez and Shirley Ann Johnson; and her siblings-in-law, Sandra Young, Teresa McGrath, Herbert Cook, Robert Cook, Jr. and James Cook. She is also survived by nine step-grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
