He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifton Wyatt and Amy Lyons Mattison; his stepdaughter Karen Bradley; and his brothers, James Coy Mattison, Edwin Mattison, Mitchell Mattison and Colon W. Mattison.
He is survived by: his daughters, Pamela Lynn Owens and Patricia Mattison Hartsell (Rodney); his grandchildren, Justin Walker (Amber), Joey Walker and Brian Nelson (Laura); and his great grandchildren, Oliver Walker, Isabella Walker and Brandon Nelson.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Westview Memorial Park (5740 US-76, Laurens, SC 29360).
