He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Duncan and Emily Tankersley Duncan; and his brothers, Ellison and Jerry Duncan. He is survived by: his wife Janis Roddy Duncan; his children, Paula D. Hilley (Lonnie) of Laurens, Ricky Alexander (Janet) of Whitmire and Todd Alexander (Wista) of Whitmire; and his grandchildren, Amanda Reid (David) of Clinton, Tori O. Spires (Allen) of Irmo, Rodney Alexander (Rebecca) of Whitmire and Brandon Alexander (Kayla) of Whitmire. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
