She was predeceased by: her husband Walter Franklin Bentley; her parents, Charles James Cody and Louise Brewer Moore; her former husband Fred S. Boyd; and her sons, Barry F. Bentley and Bryan W. Bentley.
She is survived by: her son Bradford T. Bentley (Brenda); her grandchildren, Walter Bentley (Beth), Melissa Moore (Chris), Lisa Parrish, Mark E Bentley (Laura), Jonathan Bentley (Stephanie) and Jason Bentley (Amber); her daughter-in-law Rosemary Bentley; and her grandchildren, Chris NeSmith (April), Lisa Rice and Angel NeSmith. She is also survived by her six great-grandchildren.
