He was predeceased by: his parents, James Lucian and Bertha Blackwell Foster; his brother James Foster; and his grandson John Self. He is survived by: his wife Vera Ann Mason Foster; his sons, William Gary Foster (Gina) of Gray Court and Jeffrey Scott Foster (Lisa) of Laurens; his siblings, Cecil Foster of Walhalla and Brenda Young of Seneca; his grandchildren, Jade McCall (David), Caleb Foster and Joshua Self; and his great grandchild Austin McCall.
