As Vance departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Vance may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Vance leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Hampton Clark and Lula Godbold Clark. He is survived by: his wife Florence Clark of Latta; his daughters, Brenda Clark Slone (Bobby) of Georgia and Joyce Ann Clark of Latta; his grandchildren, Jamie Clark (Nina) of Latta, SC, Johnny Quick (Kelley) of Tennessee, Heather Wilson of Georgia, Dustin Clark of Latta and Patrick Westberry of Latta; and his brother Charles L. Clark (Sue) of Darlington, SC. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
