He is survived by: his wife Mary Lawson Wilkes of Latta; his son Ronnie Jerry Wilkes (Julia); his grandchildren, Jonathan Wilkes and Linsey Wilkes; and his brothers, Leo Wilkes of Dillon, David Wilkes of Dillon and Linburg Wilkes (Sonja) of Greenville, TN.
