It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Douglas Gaddy of Latta, South Carolina, born in Dillon, South Carolina, who passed away on September 27, 2021, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Noah Wilson Gaddy and Eleanor Byrd Gaddy; his brother Eddie Gaddy; his half-brother Nicholas Gaddy; his sister Sonja Lee; and his half-sister Billie Jean Gaddy.
He is survived by: his wife Connie Gaddy of Latta; his children, Chasity Melton (Jamie) of Raeford, NC and Robert Gaddy, Jr. of Latta; his grandchildren, Seth Melton of Raeford, NC, Emalee Melton of Raeford, NC and Caleb of Raeford, NC; and his close friends, Larry Brigman of Dillon and Charles Lane of Oak Grove. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
