Percy George Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Percy George of Latta, South Carolina, who passed away on February 19, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edna Earle and Lide George; and his siblings, Malcolm George and Mary Ellen George. He is survived by: his child Christy; his wife Mildred Rogers of Zion, SC.; his son John Gregory; his siblings, Ann Calhoun and David George; and his grandchildren, Percy Adams George III, Kathryn Harley Roberts and Henry Alan Roberts.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the First United Methodist Church (307 E Godbold St, Marion, SC 29571). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
