He was predeceased by: his parents, John H. Cook and Ella Hodge Jordan. He is survived by: his wife Doris Graham Cook of Latta; and his siblings, Shelby Jean Richardson of Dillon and James Cook (Lucille) of Dillon. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
