He was predeceased by: his father James Earl Nolan. He is survived by: his mother Alene Strickland Cox (Larry) of Latta; his wife Faye Howard of Latta; his children, Wesley Nolan of Florence and Haley Nolan of Dillon; his adoptive daughter Charlee Howard of Latta; his sister Donna Hargrove (Jerry) of Latta; his stepchildren, Cody Howard, Michael Gray, Skyler Cooper and Cristin Tyler; and his stepbrothers, Eddie Cox (April) of Lumberton, NC and Larry Cox (Allison) of Lumberton, NC. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
