He is survived by: his wife Debra Lane Hayes of Latta; his children, Becky Hayes Eaker of Latta and Joe Hayes (Laurel) of Latta; his grandsons, Cole Eaker and Nash Hayes; his sister Marie Parnell of Hartsville; and his sisters-in-law, Barbara Hayes of Dillon and Frances Hayes of Latta. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
