He was predeceased by: his parents, Doris Chandler and Willis Chandler; and his sister Sandra Alongi. He is survived by: his daughter Alisa Benson; his grandsons, Elijah, Zachary, Caleb and Joel Benson; his great grandchild Sawyer Benson; his siblings, Starr Halm, Marsha Esterline, Greg Chandler and Tiffany Newman; and his niece Payton Newman.
