He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Belton Sr. and Thelma Williams Peacock; his brother Harold B. Peacock Jr.; and his brother-in-law Ralph S. Kennedy. He is survived by: his wife Esther Kennedy Peacock; his daughters, Marsha Peacock and Meredith P. Brisson; his son-in-law Jim Brisson; and his sisters-in-law, Carolyn Peacock, Martha Kennedy, Coco Chanel and Rory.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Clearwater First Baptist Church (17 Belvedere Rd, Warrenville, SC 29822). A celebration of life was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions in memory of Billy may be made to the Clearwater First Baptist Church Building Fund.
