With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Vernon Charles Parnell of Landrum, South Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 5, 2025 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Fulton and Della Mae Williams Parnell; his wife Mary Elizabeth "Lib" Parnell; and his sister Minnie Parnell. He is survived by: his daughters, Kim Brewer (David) and Amy Waldrop (Ron); his grandchildren, Skylyn Sizemore (Coleman), Kennedy Brewer, Parker Hannah, Payton Hannah and Patrick Hannah; his great grandchildren, Denver James Sizemore and Paisley Mae Hannah; and his brothers, Marvin and Bill Parnell.
