He is survived by: his wife Virginia "Ann" McMillian; his daughter Laurie Lipscomb (Todd); his sister Mary Breedlove (Bill); his grandchildren, Ryan Moore (Kayla), Amber Lipscomb and Brandon Lipscomb (Joy); and his great grandchildren, Lexy Ortiz, Skylar Ortiz, Eli Lipscomb, Lylli Moore, Brayden Moore and Liberty Moore. He is also survived by nieces, great-nieces, and a great nephew.
