It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raymond Boyd McClure Sr. of Landrum, South Carolina, who passed away on February 25, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. J. A. McClure and Hattie Pruitt McClure; his wife Patsy Irene Scoggins McClure; his son Raymond Boyd McClure, Jr.; and his siblings, Paul of James, J. C., Billy, Andrew, Carroll McClure, Clara Mae Perry and Grace Barnett.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tammy McClure Baisden and Lisa McClure Poore; his sister Mary Green; his grandchildren, Brannon Poore', Dusty Ledford, Stacey James and Cassie McClure; and his great grandchildren, Titus Poore', Ezekiel Poore', Asher Poore', Ella Rae Poore', Brantley Ledford and Gracelyn Eudy.
