She was predeceased by: her parents, William Harold (Bill) and Alice Ruth Clement Hambrick. She is survived by: her husband William Carter Harrell (Billy); her son Carter Harrell of Spartanburg, SC; her sister Billie McConnell (Joe); her grandson Aayden Carter Harrell; her nephew William Tanner Adams; and her great-nieces, Izabella Hambrick Adams, Lily Jayne Adams, Marley Heath Adams and Malti.
