She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence William and Gillian Collins Cochran; her husband Roy Willie Leroy Williams; and her brothers, Clyde William Cochran (Clelia), John Walter Cochran and John Robert Cochran.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sharon W. Owens (Danny) and Jacqueline W. Seay (Keith); her brother David Jack Cochran (Marlene); her grandchildren, Danielle Owens-Erwin, Kristin Owens Strand (Eric), Brent Seay (Shelley) and Brittany Seay; her great grandchildren, Daniel Erwin, Sawyer Klepper and Cassidy Seay; and her nieces and nephews, Ashley Cochran, Diane C. Samples (Mike), John Cochran and Kenny Cochran. She is also survived by two great nieces and 2 great nephews.
