With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donald Carl Matz of Landrum, South Carolina, who passed away on February 1, 2024 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his daughter Donna Matz Barrick; and his sisters, Grace Dohmeier and Dorothy Stairs. He is survived by: his wife Marilee M. McDaniel Matz; his children, Sunny Delitala (Michael), Raymon Matz, Donnie Matz and Daniel Matz (Heather); his grandchildren, Kristen, Jessie, Joey, Midori, Sadaya, Suri, Miya and Haan; his sister Jean Bock; and his brothers-in-law, Jerry Dohmeier and Charles Stairs.
