He is survived by: his wife Joan Miller Flynn; his children, Tim Flynn (Amanda) and Tamara Scruggs (Greg); his sister Shirley Owens; his grandchildren, Samantha Elder (Ethan), Kyle Flynn (Allison), Ashley Johnson (Zane) and Amberlyn Scruggs; and his great grandchildren, Maverick, Essa and Daxton.
