He is survived by: his daughter Patti Smith Gomez (Benito) of Rock Hill; his grandsons, Juan Miguel Lara and Marco Antonio Lara; his great grandchildren, Peyton Kathleen Kittle Lara and Elizabeth Kay Lara; and his siblings, Edward Lee Smith of Lancaster, Roger Steven Smith of Fort Mill, Jesse Lee Smith, Jr. of Rock Hill, Betty Jean Smith Hensley of Rock Hill, Barbara Ann Smith Martin of Canyon, TX and Sheila Marie Smith Blackwell of Fort Mill.
