He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert B. Harper and Lucille McKeown Harper; his sister Dorothy Marshall McDowell; and his grandson-in-law Drew Stewart. He is survived by: his wife Edith Mobley Harper; his children, Janet Viars (Denver), Billy Harper, Steve Harper (Donna) and Donna Hagins (Larry); his grandchildren, Jill Stewart, Matt Cauthen (Meagan), Ben Cauthen (Tanya), Will Harper (Chelsea), Meredith Keenan (Sam), Walt Harper (Anne Miller) and Ellen Sightler (Jay); his great grandchildren, Mason Stewart, Brooklyn Cauthen, Perry Cauthen, Hayne Cauthen, Kingston Harper, Edith Keenan, Roby Harper, Ada Harper and Khalil Harper; and his sisters, Robbie Lou Chesser and Peggy Marshall. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
