He was predeceased by: his mother Reba Ballard (Cauthen); his father-in-law MJ Cairnes (Bud); and his grandparents, James Leroy, Willie Ballard, Clyde and Nannie Cauthen.
He is survived by: his father Max Ballard; his wife Deborah; his son James Casey (David-A-Ghent); and his mother-in-law Alice Cairnes.
A graveside service was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Lancaster Memorial Park (1389 Memorial Park Rd, Lancaster, SC 29720).
Memorials may be made to Hospice of Lancaster and the Piedmont, Lancaster SPCA or to one's choice in memory of Wayne.
