We are sad to announce that on November 22, 2022, at the age of 85, Vincent C. Howard of Lancaster, South Carolina, born in Jefferson City, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Cecil Vincent Howard; his daughter Cynthia Johnston; and his siblings, Stella, George Howard and Patricia Herman.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Howard (Jeude); his children, Valerie Davis (Chuck) and Duane Howard (Monica); his son-in-law Jeff Johnston; his grandchildren, Elise Puma (Daniel), Seth Johnston, Rachel Howard, Ashley Davis, Kat Davis and Zach Howard; and his great grandchildren, Julienne and Madeleine Puma.
