He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Collins and Frances Bowers Collins. He is survived by: his wife Becky Collins; his daughters, Stacy Collins, Bridget Phillips (Andy) and Crystal Beckham (Mike); his grandsons, Michael Beckham, Noah Phillips, Logan Phillips and Jon Beckham; his brother Art Collins (Sheila); and his sister-in-law Lynne Knight (Tom). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
