He was predeceased by: his parents, Jasper Bowers and Viola Bowers; his siblings, Bennie, Eugene, Herman, Glen, Anderson, Charles, Leo, Betty Allman, Mary Ormand, Georgia Bowers and Mildred Duncan; and his grandson Dillon Knight.
He is survived by: his wife Amy Bowers; his sons, Sergio Bucca, Loren Knight (Tink Knight) and Ted Bowers, Jr. (Veronica Bowers); his grandsons, Blake Knight (Portia), Brandon Knight and Ted Bowers, III; his great grandchildren, Racquel, Pepper, Sawyer and Reed Knight; and his brothers, Toy and Condor Bowers. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the New Hope Baptist Church (3731 Lynwood Dr, Lancaster, SC 29720). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at the New Hope Baptist Church Cemetery (3731 Lynwood Dr, Lancaster, SC 29720).
