She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Franklin Perry and Madeline Pauline "Mattie" Thurman Perry; her husband Lambert A. Hegler; and her brothers, Wofford "Mickey" Perry and Franklin Eugene "Frankie" Perry (Teresa Ann B.).

She is survived by: her daughters, Laura Boone (Wayne Boone) of Lancaster, S. C. and Crystal H. Faile (Barry Faile) of Lancaster, S. C.; her grandchildren, Jordan Hinson (Justin), Kendall Boone, Hannah Boone, Hunter Faile, Kelsey F. Baker (Austin) and Connor Faile (Carsyn); her great grandchildren, Navy Hinson, Kylar Hinson, Brently Baker and Josie Baker; and her brother Jerry Perry (Judy) of Lancaster, S. C..
