Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Sylvia Hilton of Lancaster, South Carolina, who passed away at the age of 71, on February 27, 2025. Though Sylvia may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Sylvia touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parent Doris Brown; and her siblings, Betty Thompson and Edwin Brown. She is survived by: her husband Bruce Carl Weatherspoon; her son Jason Hilton (Dana); her grandchildren, Riles Hilton and Alexis Hilton; her brothers, Freddie Brown and Frankie Brown (Peggy); and her niece Donna Oliver (Lynn).
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Lancaster Memorial Park (1389 Memorial Park Rd, Lancaster, SC 29720).
