With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Samuel Plyler (Lancaster, South Carolina), who passed away on March 26, 2019 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Pleasant May Plyler, Sr. and Corinne Funderburk Plyler; his wife Donna Plyler; and his brothers, Fred, Bill and Bruce.

He is survived by: his brothers, Farm and Uriah W. Plyler. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews.

The family requests that memorials be made to Tabernacle UMC, 5908 Tabernacle Road, Lancaster, SC 29720 or the charity of one's choice.
