She was predeceased by: her parent Eva Mae Nicholson. She is survived by: her parent Tate Millan; her children, Bill Lee Deese of Lancaster and Tiny Vessie Deese of Hillsborough, N. C.; and her siblings, Phyllis Obasi of Monroe, N. C., Pearlie Mae Blakney of Tradesville, Mae Bell Parker of Marshville, N. C., Billy James Threatt of Pageland, Jackie Threatt of Monroe, N. C., Leroy Threatt of Monroe, N. C. and Frankie Threatt of Monroe, N. C.. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
